What are the delivery conditions?
You have two delivery conditions, one for free
( 12-20 working days ) and one fee option with 6,9 euros ( 8-12 business days )
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on the delivery conditions. DHL chargeable delivery between 7 and 14 days.
For standard delivery (e-packet) it will take between 14 and 20 days.
Can I return a package?
CEDELAR operates on a no refunds policy. Please contact us directly if you would like to exchange an item or get a credit note. All returns need to be made within 15 days of purchase. Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.
In the event of receiving an item with a genuine fault, please report this fault to us immediately. At this point you may be offered a refund or a replacement. If a replacement is chosen then we will ship this to you at our own expense. If a refund is chosen we will refund the shipping costs of up to - UK £3.95, EU/US £9.95, Rest of world £24.99.
How can I track the progress of my order?
When you place your order, you receive an order tracking number, with which you can track the progress of your order.
Do I have to pay the shipping costs if I return an item I ordered?
In the rare case you receive a clearly defective product, CEDELAR will support the return costs. If the product(s) is returned for other reason than that, the buyer will support the cost of returning the good(s). Please contact our support :email@example.com

We do not charge customer tax in our shop. We will mark the package in low value, but we can't promise no sales tax by your country's Customs.
Will Cedelar pay Customs and other taxes
Cedelar will not bear any customs and other charges with your orders.It will be payed by you .These will remain due at point of,or After the delivery.
